Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TranscendentGlassWorks.com.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Currently we only offer U.S. shipping only.  Please be patient with us until international shipping is available.  

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Return & Exchange Policy

INTRODUCTION:

At Transcendent Glass Works we strive for a customer first approach, with a simple and fair Return and Exchange Policy we make it easy for all types of situations. If you would like to return your items for any reason, you have 30 days from purchase order date (check invoice) to do so. Items returned must be  new and unused. If you are returning a damaged or wrong item, you will receive a full refund upon receiving the item back to our warehouse. 

 

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

In the event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, broke, or damaged; begin the return process by Emailing Support@transcendentglassworks.com with the following info...

Subject line-

  • Damaged or Defective return/Name/Order number

 

Body-

  •  Description of damaged or defective items

  • Picture of damaged or defective items (New use tape- if applicable)

  • Other information you think would be helpful to insure your return gets approved

Once approved you will be sent an email with a Pre-paid shipping label via email.

 After received and processed a full refund will be issued.

 

 

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:

While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself.

  • Incorrect Items return/Name/Order number

  •  Description of incorrect item(s)

  • Other information you think would be helpful to insure easy processing

After email is received you will be sent a Pre-paid Shipping label via email.  

 

Once we've received the items back to our warehouse we will ship out your replacement item(s) within 48 hours!

 

 

 

 

UNWANTED ITEMS:

Just don't like what you got??

If you would like to return your items for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping for unwanted items. After we've received the item(s) back to our warehouse you will be refunded minus any return shipping charges within 48 hours.

Please note: All returns must be received back to our warehouse in new, UNUSED condition. MUST have (new use tape-if applicable) There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS if your product has been used.

Whats a New use Tape?

New use tape is ultra thin tape TGW uses to ensure product has not been used before item has been received by customer. It is placed on the openings of all applicable glassware.
